There was another post on another journal about a faceless photograph and a question as to the significance of why they thought the image was so powerful. "Does that make it easier to impose the emotional value onto ourselves when there is no face... no identity?"

Love that image! I think of something similar when people ask about the difference between porn and art. Many times, with porn, the subject makes contact with the viewer. In art nudes, the subject is looking off camera or it's body parts. Perhaps more voyeuristic and somehow more personal since you are bringing your own thoughts, feelings and imagination to the image. Great stuff!
